  • Accidental Damage & Mishandling — อุบัติเหตุ, การนั่งทับ, ตกกระแทก, หรือการใช้งานผิดวัตถุประสงค์Accidents, sitting on frames, impact damage, or misuse.
  • Wear & Tear — รอยขีดข่วน (Scratches) บนผิวเลนส์หรือกรอบแว่นจากการใช้งานปกติหรือการดูแลรักษาผิดวิธีScratches on lens surface or frame from normal use or improper cleaning.
  • Thermal & Chemical Exposure — ความเสียหายจากความร้อนสูง (เช่น วางในรถยนต์, ห้องซาวน่า) หรือสารเคมี (สเปรย์, น้ำหอม, แอลกอฮอล์) ที่ทำให้เกิด Coating DelaminationDamage from high heat (e.g. left in a car, sauna) or chemicals (hairspray, perfume, alcohol) causing Coating Delamination.
  • Corrosion & Neglect — ความเสียหายจากน้ำทะเล, ไอเค็ม, หรือเหงื่อที่มีความเป็นกรด (Acidic Sweat) จนทำให้สีลอก, โลหะผุกร่อน, หรือกลไก Spring ชำรุดDamage from seawater, salt air, or Acidic Sweat due to neglected cleaning — leading to discolouration, metal corrosion, or spring mechanism failure.

ทางร้านยินดีให้บริการปรับแต่ง (Adjustment) หรือเปลี่ยนเลนส์ (Re-lensing) สำหรับกรอบแว่นที่ท่านนำมาเอง ภายใต้เงื่อนไข Waiver of Liability ดังนี้We offer adjustment and re-lensing services for frames you bring in, subject to the following Waiver of Liability conditions.
