How long does the whole process take?+
Your first visit — exam, trial, and order — takes about 60–90 minutes. Glasses are typically ready in 1–3 days. We recommend booking ahead if your time in Bangkok is limited.
Are the lens brands exactly the same quality as at home?+
Yes — identical. Hoya, Essilor, Zeiss, and Shamir are global manufacturers. The lens you receive here is made to exactly the same specification. The price difference reflects Thailand's lower operating costs, not any difference in product.
What if I have a strong or complex prescription?+
We specialize in complex cases — high myopia, high astigmatism, and presbyopia. Our 6-metre room and extensive progressive lens experience means we handle difficult prescriptions better than most clinics.
Can I bring my own frame?+
Absolutely. If you love your current frame and just need new lenses, bring it in. We'll assess its suitability for progressive lenses and fit them for you.
What does "try before you buy" actually mean?+
We have 40+ progressive lens designs in trial form. We fit them into demonstration frames with your actual prescription power, and you walk around the clinic testing near, intermediate, and distance vision. You choose the design that feels most natural — before any order is placed.
Is there a warranty?+
Yes. All lenses carry the manufacturer's warranty. We also offer post-collection fitting adjustments. For international customers, many concerns can be resolved via WhatsApp with photos.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?+
Walk-ins are welcome, but we strongly recommend booking — especially for tourists with limited time. Appointments guarantee dedicated optometrist time and the full trial lens experience.
